(HO scale) SNCF, 3-unit pack TEE L'Arbelete, Vru, A8u and A8tu, period IV. Three unit pack, one Vru restaurant car, one A8u and one A8tu. Together they form the "TEE L'Arbalète". This particular name comes from the name of William Tell's crossbow and covered the route from Paris-East to Zurich. Active since 1957, it was managed by the SNCF and the Chemins de fer fédéraux suisses (SBB-SBB-CFF). In May 1979 it changed from TEE (Trans Europ Express) to IC (InterCity), becoming an EC (EuroCity) in 1987. It was permanently suspended in September 1997.
