(HO scale) Model turntable with electric under-table drive and control unit. Fits all standard two-rail DC and 3-rail centre-conductor AC railways. Bridge length 253 mm (9.96”) which represents 22 m (72 ft) prototype dimensions. The minimum separation between track connection is 9 degrees. The turntable includes filler sections having 1°, 3°, 6° and 9° separation. Consequently, any track separation starting at 9°in 1° steps is possible. A maximum of 40 track connections is possible. Four track connections for 2-rail DC are supplied; additional track connection are available as accessory (42616 contents: four 2-rail track connectors). If the turntable is to be used on a 3-rail AC system, the 3-rail AC track connections 42617 must be used (purchaed separately). The turntable drive motor operates with 14 V AC supply voltage. The rail power is DC or AC depending on the system used. A control unit is supplied with the turntable, it selects the direction of turning and starts the movement. If the turntable switch is released, the turntable will stop at exactly the next track connection. The turntable is designed for use of a pre-selection control which allows the direct selection of a specific track connection. Track power is supplied to the revolving bridge. The track power of the track connection can be selected at the control unit. This prevents an unintentional movement of a locomotive standing on an opposite track. One 1 meter, 5-conductor cable (connection transformer-control unit) and 2 meters of 8-conductor cable (connection control unit-turntable) are supplied.
