You may chose one of two types of service for International Postal shipping. The type you wish should be based on value of goods, total parcel weight and possible risk of loss and damage. The decision is made by you once you check out at the shopping cart, and the associated cost is immediately shown to you based on value and weight.

STANDARD SERVICE (FIRST CLASS SHIPPING)

This is the most economical service with typical delivery time of 1 to 4 weeks (not including delays at Customs at the destination country). This basic service has a weight maximum of 4.0 pounds (1.8 Kilograms) and carries NO insurance and therefore is chosen at the requestor's own risk. If the parcel weight exceeds the maximum of 4.0 pounds (1.8 Kilograms), then the premium service described below will be used instead. This will be slightly more expensive but is not limited by weight and will automatically carry insurance at no extra cost. Although it is extremely rare for loss or damage, there can be NO claim against the Post Office nor Eurolokshop for loss or damage.

PREMIUM SERVICE (PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING)

This service is a more premium Postal delivery with tracking and insurance up to the value of goods, and carries no weight limitation. Although marginally more expensive, this premium service (Priority Mail International) has faster delivery time of 1 to 2 weeks (not including delays at Customs at the destination country), and is a more guaranteed service. The goods are automatically insured.
