International Shipping & Insurance Details

For international shipments you have the choice of two services:

Express Mail International (EMS) - this is the fastest and most secure service, typically 3 to 5 days anywhere in the world but not including any delays at Customs in the destination country.

EMS service allows full insurance on the merchandise (the first $100 of insurance are covered by EMS automatically).

EMS service is trackable from point to point using the automatically e-mailed parcel label number you will receive by the U.S. Post Office.

Priority Mail International - this service is more economical than Express Mail International and is typically 6 to 10 days but not including any delays at Customs in the destination country. This service may not be available to some countries, in which case we will use Express Mail International as the alternative service.

This service provides limited insurance on the merchandise and is trackable only to major destinations once the package leaves the USA. Please be aware that if the package is lost or damaged in transit, claims can be made for monetary compensation only for the allowed maximum from the U.S. Post Office. Since Priority Mail International is a limited indemnity service, Trans Europe Enterprises / Eurolokshop will not be liable for any refund or exchange of merchandise other than the limited indemnity supplied by the U.S. Postal Office.
