(HO scale 3-rail) Mallet type tank steam locomotive class Ed 2x2/2 of the Swiss Federal railways SBB-CFF in black livery. These locomotives were introduced in late 1900s on the Gotthard railway to replace lighter engines on freight duty. One still remains in service as an historic working locomotive for special trains. Metal Collection limited edition. Model is for the three rail Marklin system and is equipped with digital decoder. Epoch I, white metal/brass casting building method, Digital complete with ESU decoder, 5-pole motor driving all axles.
