(HO scale) Six axle articulated electric locomotive class E645 054 of the Italian State Railways FS in castano isabella brown livery. These engines were originally designed for freight duty with higher gear ratios, but were also employed on heavy passenger compositions on steep gradient lines. Of special interest, they were employed on the Venice Simplon Orient Express between Brenner and Venice with as many as 18 coaches.
